It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lorraine Grace Griffin of Randleman, North Carolina, born in Clinton, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 12, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace M. Baldwin and Peter F. Joyce; her son James Baldwin (Jimmy); and her sisters, Dorothy Cormier of Florida, Brenda Ouimet, Carol Flynn and Sandra Carpenter.
She is survived by: her sisters, Ellen Davio of Fort Myers, FL and Cynthia Williamson; her nieces, Lisa Brower (Pressley) of Liberty, NC, Bobbie Jo Hatfield (Keith) of Asheboro, NC and Tammy Lambert (Randy) of Climax, NC; her parakeets, Baby Boy and Pretty Boy; and her pet Lily.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in Lorraine's honor to Gentiva Hospice, 533 S. Fayetteville Street, Asheboro, NC 27203.
