It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leona Cox (Randleman, North Carolina), who passed away on October 7, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leona Cox to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Arlie R. Cox; her mothers, Shelly Laughlin and Mattie Wright Laughlin; her siblings, Ola Johnson, Nelia Craven, Aretta Hill, Beulah Gray, Grady Laughlin, Worth Laughlin, Leslie Laughlin and George Laughlin; and her son-in-law Cecil Henry Maness.
She is survived by: her children, Betty C. Maness of Asheboro and Ray Cox (Marie) of Randleman; and her brother Carl Laughlin (Juanita) of Randleman. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty eight great-grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren.
