He was predeceased by: his grandchild Gregory Nathan Spurlin. He is survived by: his parents, Elen Vay and Helen Holbrook McEntire; his wife Brenda Zachary McEntire; his grandchildren, Taylor Spurlin, Marvin Newlin (Kelli), Tara, Joylyn, Rebekah, Patrick Newlin, Gracyn Dwyer, Eli Rachlin and Cooper Rachlin; and his sisters, Peggy Shaw and Gail Ortega. He is also survived by 4 nieces and nephews.
