He was predeceased by: his parents, Alec Pittman and Swanee Golden Pittman; and his sister Judy Pittman Wooten of State Road, NC.. He is survived by: his wife Norma McCaskill Pittman; his children, Jason (Ioana) of Ft. Lauderdale, Jill Jackson and Julie Moore (Doug) of Randleman; his grandchildren, McKenna Moore and Miles Moore; and his aunts, Helen Garris and Stella Mae Golden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
