He was predeceased by: his siblings, Worth and Shirley Raynor. He is survived by: his wife Jeane Clark Collins; his children, Marty Collins (Dawn), Kennetha Warren (Jeff), Keith Collins (Sherry) and Kent Collins (Lynette); and his siblings, Marie Allen (Wallace), Francis Johnson (Joe), Sharon Stewart (David), Jerry (Ann) and Ray (Brenda). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
