She was predeceased by: her parents, William Franklin Yow and Lona Bright Yow; and her siblings, Hilda Yow Maness, Clara Yow Morris, Gladys Yow Edwards, Howard Yow, Raymond Yow and Cecil Yow.
She is survived by: her husband Odell C. Moffitt; her children, Angela Moffitt Robertson (Neal) and Philip C. Moffitt (Lois); her sister Dorothy "Dot" Yow Rice; her grandchildren, Amanda Cox and Landon Robertson; and her great grandchild Aurora Cox.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ridge Funeral Home & Cremation Service (908 Albemarle Rd, Asheboro, NC 27203). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
