She was predeceased by: her mother Diana; her grandparents, Ronald and Jutta Spencer; and her uncle Jason Lampart. She is survived by: her sons, David Michael Guy and Joshua Noah Guy; her father Dwight Spencer of Randleman; her grandparents, Kenneth and Diane Lampart of Asheboro; and her close friend Carl Cox. She is also survived by several aunts and uncles; many cousins.
