He was predeceased by: his sister Rita Leonard. He is survived by: his children, Frank Mumpower, III (JoAnna), Sheena Mumpower, Laura Hite (Mathew) and Brian Mumpower (Michelle); his siblings, Stella Kell (Jim), Roger Mumpower and Jimmy Mumpower; his grandchildren, Levi Barrett, Axel Mumpower, Nolan Laws, Bailey Savage (McKenzie), Deanna Savage, Darren Savage and Emily Savage; and his great grandchild Sophia Campbell.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Easter's Promise Therapeutic Equine Center, 500 E. Steeplechase Road, Pleasant Garden, NC 27313 which is dedicated to assisting veterans who have PTSD.
