He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory C. Miller, Sr. and Mary Jane Barnette Miller; and his siblings, Martha Jane Miller, Marilyn Bunting, Noel Jack Miller, Larry Miller and Bill Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ferguson Miller; his children, Diana Ingle (Gregg) of Bermuda Run, NC and Tony Miller (Theresa) of Asheboro; his siblings, Joyce Skeen of Asheboro, Beverly Miller of Asheboro, Nancy Miller of Asheboro, J. W. Miller of Asheboro, Charles Miller of Asheboro and Don Miller of Newton; his grandson Andy Ingle (Kellie); and his great grandchildren, Emersyn Ingle and Abigail Ingle.
