He is survived by: his wife Vicki Haithcox; his children, Brandon Lee Haithcox, Shawn Thomas Smith and Halley Christine Haithcox (Brallan Ramirez); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Alyce Haithcox and Lilith Jade Ramirez; his brother Darrell Richard Haithcox; and his pet Cora Lee.
