He was predeceased by: his parents, James Anderson Talbert and Frances Jarrett Talbert; and his brother Clinton James "CJ" Talbert. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Brady Talbert; his daughters, Vicki Talbert Cole (Ralph Robertson), Donna Talbert Seabolt (Keith) and Sherri Talbert Hicks (Walter); his stepson Kevin Duane Luck; and his sister Doris Marie Pierce. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to the Randolph County Hospice House or Beren Memorial Church.
