He is survived by: his children, Rachelle Clark (Dustin) of Randleman and Preston Smith (Katie) of Asheboro; his brothers, Wayne Smith and Ed Smith (Wendy); and his grandchildren, Braxton Trotter, Emmet Clark, Makenzie Clark, Kaylee Clark, Ayla Trotter and Kylie Smith.
