He is survived by: his children, Lisa Johnson of Randleman, NC, Dawn Michelle Geiger of Newport News, VA, Jeffrey Dean Levy and Joel David Levy of Denver, COL; and his sister Linda R. Kushner-Silverman of Brooklyn, NY.. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
