He is survived by: his wife Ann Hinshaw; his children, Beth Hinshaw and Scott Hinshaw; his daughter-in-law Stacie Meaux; his brother-in-law Bill Harris Mike Harper (Gwen); and his nieces and nephews, Steve, Brian, David Quakenbush, Chad Raby, Matt Harper, David Harper, Dena Hoover and Dede Billings.
