He is survived by: his wife Maria Concepcion Pacheco; his children, Patricia Pacheco, Leticia Pacheco, Socorro Pacheco, Maximo Pacheco, Maria Pacheco and Andrea Pacheco; and his grandchildren, Danitza Pacheco, Juan Fernandez Jr., Alondra Fernandez, Erika Pacheco, Miguel Reyes, Fatima Pacheco, Galilea Fernandez, Damian Navarro, Julianna Pacheco, Melissa Reyes, Amerika Fernandez, Jose Juan Fernandez, Daniela Fernandez, Deisy Fernandez, Asuzena Fernandez, Rene Navarro, Eduardo Rojas, Julio Rojas and Maribel Rojas.

Visitation was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ridge Funeral Home & Cremation Service (908 Albemarle Rd, Asheboro, NC 27203). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (512 W Wainman Ave, Asheboro, NC 27203).
