He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Presnell and Cleo Presnell. He is survived by: his wife Darlene York Phillips; his daughters, Kelly Phillips of Ramseur, LeAnn Phillips Brown (Jonathan) of Ramseur and Kendra Phillips (Daniel Hunt) of Ramseur; and his grandchildren, Dalton Brown, Felicity Hunt, Courtney Hunt, Ashley Eller, Katie Eller, Levi Sweeney and Jean Ratliff. He is also survived by four sisters, one brother, two half sisters.
