She was predeceased by: her husband James Emery Frazier; her son James Donald Frazier; and her parents, Dolph Lackey and Ada Langley Lackey. She is survived by: her son Phillip Ray Frazier (Marjolin) of Pleasant Garden; her grandchildren, Carmen Pippin (Bob) of Staley, Kevin Frazier and Corry of Swansboro; and her great grandchildren, Lee, Joey, Sara Pippin, Grace, Maddie and Emma Frazier.
