She is survived by: her husband Jennings "Jake" Staples, Jr.; her sons, Richard "Rick" Kidd (Tammi) of Asheboro and Tommy Kidd (Karen) of Franklinville; her stepdaughter Angie Fredricks (Jeremy) of Hendersonville; her grandchildren, Amy Kidd of Archdale, Scotty Kidd of Asheboro, Randy Kidd (Jennifer) of Whitsett, Allyson Kidd of Asheboro, Bethany Kidd of Franklinville and Jordan Kidd of Franklinville; and her great grandchildren, Matthew Kidd, Liam Kidd, Autumn Kidd, Carson Kidd and Micah Kidd.
