Scotty was predeceased by: great grandchild Madeline Carper. Scotty is survived by: wife Rebecca Carper; son Frank Carper of Staley; daughter-in-law Barbara Carper of Ramseur; grandchildren, Wes Carper, Matt Carper, Damien Carper, Seth Carper and Adrian Carper; great grandchildren, Ethan Carper and Chloe Carper; and also Pam of Staley.
