He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Presnell Roberts; his granddaughter Krista Roberts; his parents, Grover C. Roberts and Fannie Bray Roberts; and his brothers, Billy and Max Roberts.
He is survived by: his sons, Parks Dwain Roberts of Ramseur, Mark Alan Roberts (Sylvia) of Asheboro, Richard Darren Roberts of Seagrove and Robbie Farrell Roberts (Laura) of Seagrove; and his sister Louise Roberts Burgess of Ramseur. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
