It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ann Parnell of Ramseur, North Carolina, who passed away on December 4, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Tiffany Nicole Parnell; her parents, Robert Lee and Viola Guynn Ayers; and her brothers, Ricky Ayers and Luther Ayers.
She is survived by: her husband Lonnie C. Parnell; her children, Caroline Whitt (Christopher) of Asheboro, Patricia Jenkins (Bobby) of Asheboro, Cathy Ann Parnell of Winston Salem and Lonnie Ray Parnell of Ramseur; and her siblings, Dorothy Jernigan of Ramseur, Shelia Messick (Pete) of Greensboro, Ross Ayers (Betty) of Ramseur, Dale Lee Ayers (Lisa) of Coleridge and Payton Lewis Ayers of High Point. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
