He is survived by: his son Michael Fogarty; his grandchild Rebecca Bundens; his great grandchildren, Evan, Cole, Josh, Carter Bundens, Ava Juliano, Shiloh, Aiden, Reegan, Asher, Amarah Fogarty, Chelsea, Madison Fogarty and Ryan Burton; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Fogarty of Millersville, MD..
