He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Arnold Hopkins. He is survived by: his daughter Zada Page (Johnathan Tyler Fitts) of Fuqua Varina; his mother Evon Caviness of High Falls; his half-brother Brandon Hopkins (Shannon) of Asheboro; and his close friend Dea Jaye Wright of Carthage.
