He is survived by: his wife Tammy Spaugh; his children, Jackie DeSilva (Aaron) of Medford, OR, Ashley Cranford (Jonathan) of Seagrove, Johnnie Huggins (Sandy) of Asheboro, Adam Huggins (Tonda) of Holly Spring, NC, Joshua Soto (Emily) of Jacksonville, NC and Dustin Soto (Ashley) of Thomasville; his siblings, Linda Jenkins of Lewisville, NC, Shirley Rosen (Butch) of Charlotte, Kathy Seabolt (Garland) of Greensboro and Art Spaugh (Susan) of Kingsport, TN; and his grandchildren, Dakota, Daytona, Gage, Dynasty, Tate, Alyssa, Alexa, Harmony, Dylan, Brennan, Julianna, Christian, Elizabeth, Naiya, Olivia, Zoe, Logan and Nevaeh. He is also survived by his family and friends.
