He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harlton and Mary Elizabeth Cagle Waisner. He is survived by: his wife Freida Cox Waisner; his daughters, Amanda Waisner Varner (Jimmy) of Asheboro and Cathy Taylor Sherman (Ralph) of Asheboro; his brother Jerry Wayne Waisner (Billie Sue) of Asheboro; his granddaughter Kristina Skinner (Nathan) of Asheboro; and his great grandchildren, Ryan Skinner and Caleb Skinner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
