He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dewey and Linnie Marie Strother McCuistion; and his brothers, Jimmy McCuistion and Bobby McCuistion. He is survived by: his wife Clarice Garner McCuistion; his daughters, Jan Hege (Dale) of Ramseur and Jackie Hinshaw (Mike) of Asheboro; his grandchildren, Stephanie Hege, Michael Hinshaw, Angela Williamson (Jacob) and Neil Hinshaw (Vanessa); and his great grandchildren, Alexus Hinshaw and Cayson Hinshaw. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
