He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Frances Joyce Green; his daughter Joyce Oestreich; his parents, Claude William and Forest Edgell Green; his sister Evelyn Lax; and his sons-in-law, Gregg Pell and Gary Oestreich.
He is survived by: his children, Amy G. Pell of Ramseur, Terry Green (Beverly) of Cherry Valley, IL, Tom Green (Deanna) of Burlington and David Green (Pauline) of Banner Elk; his sister Patti Green of Holmes Beach, FL; his grandchildren, Peggy Johnson (Robert) of Franklinville and Jake Green of Burlington; his great grandchildren, Logan Johnson of Franklinville and Lia Johnson of Greensboro; and his great great grandchildren, Ezariah Buncy and Draven Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
