With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ida Moffitt York of Ramseur, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 23, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles York; her parents, William L. Moffitt and Bessie Craven Moffitt; her siblings, Ada Cox, Gertrude Moffitt, Graham and Vaughn Moffitt; and her pet Bentley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Faye Y. Faulk (Nathan) and Lisa Carraher; her grandchildren, Jamie Burton (Justin), Megan Faulk, Erin Lemons (Charlie), Morgan Vernon (Hunter) and Madison Hutchens (Matthew); her great grandchildren, Eli, Ellie, Easton, Lily, Cheyenne and Caleb; and her siblings-in-law, Janet Moffitt, Rachel Moffitt, Linda Wilson (Eddie) and Nathan Cox.
