He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence McGuire and Mildred Childrey McGuire. He is survived by: his wife Patty McGee McGuire; his children, Shelby Saunders (Bobby) of Lexington, Deborah Page (Mark) of Asheboro, Brenda McGuire (Christian) of Garner and Hubert Charles "Charlie" McGuire, Jr. of Lexington; his sister Vera Autry (Richard) of Hope Mills; his grandchildren, Marcus Hayden (Mitzi), Evan Page, Brandon Hayden (Tricia), Matthew McGuire, Aaron McGuire, Jordan Page, Javan McGuire (Taylor), Charity Johnson (Baylen), Cheyanne Carter and Breanna Carter; and his great grandchildren, Zeb Hayden, Bethany Yates, Zayne Hayden, Lindsey Hayden, Ethan Hill, Blake Stanford, Vadin Singletary, Markus Smith, Nevaeh Hayden, Dominic Hayden, Brynlee McGuire, Zylan Johnson, Brittany McGuire, Paisley McGuire, Paris McGuire and Zayden Moser.
