He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Waisner and Tina Bunting Waisner; and his sister Delores Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ritchie Waisner; his children, Cynthia Waisner Moffitt (Steve) of Siler City and Terry Lynn Waisner (Lisa) of Asheboro; his grandchildren, Matthew Lynn Waisner (Kim), Mark Leonard Waisner (Amie) and Ethaniel Lamar Moffitt (Madalyn); and his great grandchildren, Selah, Graham and Emmalie Waisner.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Randolph County, 416 Vision Dr., Asheboro, NC 27203 or to Ramseur Wesleyan Church, PO Box 501, Ramseur, NC 27316-0501.
