She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Harry Johnson; her son Joe Thomas Johnson; her granddaughter Mary Heather Temple; her parents, Joseph Johnson and Emma Pope Johnson; and her siblings, Bonnie Golley, Alice Dorsett, Mark Johnson and James Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughter Janice F. Johnson of Ramseur; her grandchildren, Ken Temple, Dee Anna Pryor, Brooke Simmons and Eric Johnson; her great grandchildren, Gregory Pryor, Samantha Sargent, Emma Cave, Jonah Temple, Abby Temple and Orion Simmons; and her great great grandchild Charlie Sargent.
