She was predeceased by: her husband Doward Aubrey Mills; her parents, James Leeper and Anna Lou Reagan Logan; and her brothers, Tommy Logan and Ray Logan.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Dawn Mills Fowler of Ramseur and Jeffrey Wayne Mills of High Point; her siblings, Shirley Logan Oglesby and Ed Logan; her grandchildren, Crystal Fowler Smith (Glenn) of Ramseur, Amanda Fowler Townsend (Quentin) of Sophia and Anthony Fowler, Jr. (Jessica) of Franklinville; and her great grandchildren, Amelia Dawn Smith, Nevaeh Hopple Townsend, Aubree May Fowler and Jayden Spillman.
