He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Scott Dewayne Spivey; his former wife Tammy Shaw Spivey of Denton; his children, Daisy Spivey of Siler City and Jasper Spivey of New Hope; his parents, Gregory Daniel Spivey (Laura) of Walterboro, SC and Charlene Boger Spivey of Ulah; his siblings, Hope Renee Spivey of Siler City, Chris Spivey of Ulah and Kirk Spivey of Liberty; and his grandson Kaiden Isaiah Lynch.
