She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Glasgow and Barbara Glasgow; and her siblings, Patricia Smith, Timmy Glasgow and Terry Glasgow.
She is survived by: her husband Gordon Pate; her children, Travis Foust (Angie), Todd Foust (Melissa), Deborah Pate and Carolyn Pate; her sister Amy Eakes (Chris); and her pet Sophie. She is also survived by grandchildren and one great grandchild.
