With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Sloan of Ramseur, North Carolina, born in Alamance, North Carolina, who passed away on March 7, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Cox and Mary Lee Cox; and her siblings, Delores Cox and Pete Cox. She is survived by: her husband Donald Sloan; her daughter Teresa Crusinberry of Ramseur; and her siblings, Judy Ritter (Randell) of Snow Camp, Doris Knittel (David) of Snow Camp, Annette Farthing of Burlington, Yvonne McPherson of Snow Camp and Bill Cox (Ann) of Arkansas. She is also survived by three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, four step-children, numerous step-grandchildren, numerous step-great grandchildren.
