He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman McNeal and Ruth Marie Walters McNeal. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hiatt McNeal; his son Andrew "Drew" McNeal (Jennifer); his grandsons, Logan and Jonathan McNeal; and his stepgranddaughters, Lily and Amber. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
