We are sad to announce that on May 6, 2020, at the age of 87, Billy Baxter (Ramseur, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Huey Baxter and Gladys Smith Baxter; and his siblings, Kate, Anne, Pauline, Mattie, Windol, Winfred, Joe, Henry, Ray and Walter.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta Cain Baxter; his sons, Phil Baxter (Shelia) of Coleridge and Mike Baxter (Jill) of Asheboro; his grandchildren, Adam Baxter, Lauren Baxter, Scottie Ryder and Spencer Ryder; and his great grandchildren, Bristol Baxter, Cameron Ryder and Weston Ryder.
