She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Herman Garner and Conie Belle Brown Garner; her husband Rev. Garland Hall; her siblings, Alma Garner, Pauline Brown, Hazel Owens, Lola Maness and Delbert Garner; her great grandchild Brantley Hall; and her daughter-in-law Wanda Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Vickie Atkins (Phillip) of Mt. Airy, Sherri McNeill (Kenneth) of Robbins, Deborah Barker (Brian) of Mt. Airy, Bobby Hall of Ararat, VA and Bruce Hall of Tobaccoville; and her sisters, Stella Cagle of Seagrove, Shelby Bean (Kelly) of Seagrove and Zora Ellen Pugh of Asheboro. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.
