It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arnold Gatlin (Ramseur, North Carolina), who passed away on May 13, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Robbie Gatlin; his father Benjamin Franklin Gatlin; his stepfather Harold Barker; his nephews, Tommy and Brad McNeill; and his brother-in-law Winfred Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Scott Gatlin; his daughter Heather Creighton (Patrick) of Olympia; his mother Ruth Marley Gatlin Barker of Ramseur; his sister Jeannie Scott (Eddie) of Asheboro; his nephew Eric Scott; and his pets, Toby and Albee.
