He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sessoms and Dorothy Tillman Sessoms; and his sisters, Patricia Sessoms and Dorothy Craven. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Hussey Sessoms; his children, Morgan Gordon (Jeremy) of Erect and Ethan Sessoms; his siblings, Barbara Seawell of Carthage, Robert Sessoms (Connie) of Ramseur, Ricky Sessoms (Shelia) of Coleridge and James Sessoms (Rhonda) of Haw River; his brother-in-law Henry Craven of High Falls; and his grandchildren, Nathanael Gordon, Samuel Gordon and Maelee Gordon.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Beulah Baptist Church Building Fund, or Grace Haven Children's Home, 8454 Howard Mill Rd., Bennett, NC 27208.
