We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2025, at the age of 90, Sylvia Hodge Brandt (Raleigh, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Ward Hodge and Ruby Skipper; her children, Patricia K DeBraal and Joseph Lambeth Jr.; and her grandson Scott Stancil.
She is survived by: her sisters, Sandra Manning and Faye Gower; her children, Susan Arnold, Jeffery Lambeth (Norma), Daniel Lambeth (Carolyn) and Shirley L Wrenn (Michael); and her grandchildren, Joshua Lambeth (Laura), Daniel Lambeth, Thomas Poole (Laura), Sean Poole (Ashley), Ryan Hales, Amy Taylor (James) and James DeBraal (Crystal). She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Mount Moriah Baptist Church (3000 E Garner Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610).
