With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosemary Hannon Lawrence (Raleigh, North Carolina), who passed away on October 29, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Edward Hannon and Heloise Hannon (Walter); her husband Donald Lawrence; and her sisters, Carolyn Jean Maroon of Santa Clara and Anne Shelton of Catheys Valley.
She is survived by: her sons, James D Ktsanes of Raleigh, NC and Brian Burtram (Julie) of Southport, NC; her grandchildren, Conor, William and Benjamin; and her brother Edward Hannon of Twisp, WA.. She is also survived by two nieces, and many dear friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Mitchell Funeral Home (7209 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Raleigh Memorial Park (7501 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612).
Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Duke Raleigh Cancer Patient Support Program (Belk Boutique), Purple Heart Homes, Raleigh Rescue Mission, or American Life League.
