I am not saying anything your family doesn't already know when I say that Robert was a very charismatic and special person. I met Robert the very first day I started working for NCWRC...January 3, 2012. It was a very cold and windy January day. Travis Casper took me over to our warehouse to meet Robert and get some equipment. Robert liked to assign people nicknames.”
