She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Reid-Gomez of Wendell, NC and James Reid III (Andrea) of Durham, NC.; her sister Madge Marshall (Janice Sims) of Creedmoor, NC; and her grandchildren, Camryn Amaker, Archer Reid and Sofia Gomez.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lea Funeral Home Chapel (2500 Poole Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610).
