He was predeceased by: his parent Thang Thi Pham; and his wife Hoa Thi Do. He is survived by: his sons, Thanh Van Le (My Hanh Huynh), Hung Dinh Pham and Cuong Dinh Pham. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mitchell Funeral Home (7209 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612).
