He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Honeycutt and Barbara Honeycutt; his daughter Tina Honeycutt; and his brother-in-law Wayne Wilson. He is survived by: his sisters, Sally Wilson and Jessica McKinley (Curtis); his grandchildren, Brandi King Honeycutt and Jaden Honeycutt; his great grandchildren, Tyson Honeycutt and Kashtyn Honeycutt; and his nieces and nephews, Derek Wilson, Kyle Wilson, Layla Comfort and Alyssa McKinley.
A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bryan-Lee Funeral Home (1200 Benson Rd, Garner, NC 27529). A burial was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Historic Oakwood Cemetery (701 Oakwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27601).
