In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Mary leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Mary may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She is survived by: her sister Bertha Pathel of Raleigh; her aunt Hazel Bass of Raleigh; and her uncle Joseph Alston of Raleigh. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Lea Funeral Home (2500 Poole Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610). Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
