She is survived by: her children, Dexter Leon, Viveca Dawn, Darius Parker Wingfield (Stephanie) and David Jordan; her grandchildren, Hope, Rickiah, Christopher, Michaiah, Jeremy, Candace, Darius II, Tamara (Donald), Joshua, Kayla Wingfield and LàOreal Jordan; her great grandchildren, Isaiah Covington, Devin Odister, Christopher Pittard, Rihanna and Laylah Thomas; and her great great grandchildren, Joan Sheats, Wilmore Ervin (Bernice), Johnny Erwin (Irmgard), Nathaniel Ervin (Joyce), Maddlen Sims Wade (Billy), Johnny Hutchins, Irene Newings Freeman and Minnie Jane Newings. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
Her contributions to the church community were recognized in 2006 when she received the"Honoring Wisdom" plaque from the Women's Ministry.
