Lydia Ritchie Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lydia Ritchie of Raleigh, North Carolina, born in Morristown, New Jersey, who passed away on April 4, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Charles, Jr., Geraldine "Mwezi" and Myra; and her stepson Robert King, Jr. (Lydia). She is survived by: her sons, Charles and Dorian; her daughters-in-law, Melinda and Janice; her grandchildren, Christian, Morgan, Isaiah, Matthew and Jeremy; her great grandchildren, Shayla and Malayah; her sister Diana; her cousin Druscilla Gibson; and her nieces and nephews, Geraldine, Catherine, Christopher, Rhasahna and Tanitia. She is also survived by great-nieces and great nephews, cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Rowe Funeral Home (71 Washington St, Morristown, NJ 07960).
