With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louis Harry Sedaris (Raleigh, North Carolina), born in Cortland, New York, who passed away on May 22, 2021 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Diamante Sedaris and Hercules Sedaris of Apethia; his children, Lisa S. Evans, Gretchen E. Sedaris, Amy L. Sedaris, David R. Sedaris and Paul A. Sedaris; his granddaughter Madelyn Sedaris; his wife Sharon Sedaris; and his daughter Tiffany J. Sedaris.
